FairwaySync is a live scoring, live video and highlights app for golf groups and leagues. By using it, on the web or in the FairwaySync app for iPhone and Android, you agree to these terms.
Your account
An account is optional. If you create one, keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You can delete your account at any time from the account page; that removes the account, its sign-ins and any plan on it. Events and leagues your phone joined carry on for the people in them.
Content you post
Live video, highlight clips, names and scores you post are yours. By posting them you give the people in your event or league the right to watch and share them within FairwaySync, and you give us the right to store and stream them so the app works.
- Only post video of people who are happy to be in it.
- No abusive, threatening, sexual or unlawful content, and nothing that isn't yours to share.
- Anyone in an event can report a clip. Reported content may be removed, and repeat offenders may lose access. Hosts can end any stream and delete any clip in their event; the operator can do the same anywhere.
Plans and payments
Some hosting features are part of a paid plan. Plans are bought inside the FairwaySync app for iPhone or Android and are billed by the App Store or Google Play as auto-renewing subscriptions. The price and billing period are shown before you buy. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends; you manage and cancel it in the store you bought it from, not here. A plan bought in the app applies to your account everywhere, including this website. Joining an event or league never needs a plan.
What we don't promise
FairwaySync is provided as is. Live video depends on your phone, your signal and third-party media services, and it can drop. Scores are entered by the people in the event and can be wrong. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, to the extent the law allows.
Ending things
We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms. You can stop using the app at any time.
Who we are
FairwaySync is operated by Shoot The Moon Tuscarora, Corp., which publishes the app and runs this service. "We" and "us" in these terms mean that company.
